Terence E. “Terry” Adderley is Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board for Kelly Services, Inc., a Fortune 500 company and global provider of human resources services, with world headquarters based in Troy, Michigan.

Mr. Adderley joined Kelly Services in 1958 as manager of the company’s Louisville, Kentucky, office. He was elected Vice President of the company in 1961 and joined the Board of Directors in 1962. Serving in a series of positions of increasing responsibility during his career, Mr. Adderley was elected Executive Vice President in 1965, President in 1967, Chief Executive Officer in 1987, Chairman of the Board in 1998, and Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board in 2012.

A native of Detroit, Michigan, Mr. Adderley is the son of Kelly Services Founder William Russell Kelly, the pioneer who began the temporary staffing industry. He earned Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees at the University of Michigan. Prior to joining Kelly Services, he worked in the Treasurer’s Department of Standard Oil Company of New Jersey (now Exxon Mobil Corporation), in New York City.

Throughout Mr. Adderley’s distinguished career in leadership roles at Kelly Services, the company has received numerous awards for its strong commitment to providing workforce opportunities for women, minorities, the disabled, and older members of society.

Mr. Adderley serves on the boards of the Business Leaders for Michigan, Detroit Economic Club, William Beaumont Hospital, Oakland County Business Roundtable, Detroit Country Day School, Citizens Research Council of Michigan, and the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan. He is also a member of the University of Michigan Ross School of Business Visiting Committee and the University of Michigan Health System Advisory Group. Mr. Adderley served previously on the Boards of Directors of DTE Energy Company, First Chicago NBD Corporation (now JPMorgan Chase & Co.), and the Detroit Renaissance Foundation.

In 2006, Mr. Adderley was awarded the Leadership Hall of Fame Award, the highest honor conferred by the American Staffing Association, which also recognized him as one of the most influential leaders in the staffing industry during the past 40 years. In 2008, Mr. Adderley was inducted into the Heritage Hall of Fame by the International Institute Foundation, and in 2012, he was awarded the Automotive Lifetime Achievement Award by the Automotive Hall of Fame.

Carl T. Camden is president and chief executive officer of Kelly Services, Inc., a leader in providing workforce solutions. He also serves on the company's board of directors. Kelly® is a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Troy, Michigan.

Elected to his current position in February 2006, Mr. Camden joined Kelly in April 1995 as senior vice president, Corporate Marketing. He was promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer in April 2001. Mr. Camden was elected as president and chief operating officer, as well as to the board of directors of Kelly Services® in November 2001.

Prior to joining Kelly, Mr. Camden was senior vice president and director of Corporate Marketing for KeyCorp, a bank holding company based in Cleveland, Ohio. He previously served as co-president of Wyse Advertising in Cleveland and was co-founder and co-owner of North Coast Behavioral Research Group. Mr. Camden also served as associate professor in the Communications Department at Cleveland State University.

Mr. Camden holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and speech from Southwest Baptist College in Bolivar, Missouri, a graduate degree in clinical psychology and speech communication from Central Missouri State University, and a doctorate in communications from Ohio State University. In 2007, Mr. Camden joined prominent business, labor and public policy leaders as a founding member of Better Health Care Together, a coalition urging fundamental reform of the American health care system. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Detroit Regional Chamber, the Board of Directors of the Detroit Medical Center, the Board of Trustees of the Committee for Economic Development, and the Board of Trustees of the University of Detroit Mercy. In addition, Mr. Camden serves on the Detroit Board of Directors for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and served on the Labor Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank from 1997 through 2007. In 2011, Mr. Camden was elected to the Business Roundtable (BRT), an association of chief executive officers of leading U.S. companies with nearly $6 trillion in annual revenues and more than 13 million employees. Mr. Camden is a member of the University of Michigan Visiting Committee for the Michigan Center for Theoretical Physics. Mr. Camden served on the Advisory Committee on Employee Welfare and Pension Benefits (ERISA Advisory Council) from 2000 through 2002 and the American Staffing Association's board of directors from 2006 through 2007. He served on the Board of Visitors of Duke University Fuqua School of Business from 2003 to 2009.

In June 2005, Mr. Camden received the Individual Citation Award from the International Association of Workforce Professionals (IAWP) for 2004 and 2005, the highest honor IAWP presents to an individual. In September 2004, the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) presented Mr. Camden with the 2004 William L. Heartwell, Jr. Award. This award recognizes individuals who have made a significant and substantial contribution to the workforce development system.
