Carl T. Camden is president and chief executive officer of Kelly Services, Inc., a leader in providing workforce solutions. He also serves on the company's board of directors. Kelly® is a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Troy, Michigan.
Elected to his current position in February 2006, Mr. Camden joined Kelly in April 1995 as senior vice president, Corporate Marketing. He was promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer in April 2001. Mr. Camden was elected as president and chief operating officer, as well as to the board of directors of Kelly Services® in November 2001.
Prior to joining Kelly, Mr. Camden was senior vice president and director of Corporate Marketing for KeyCorp, a bank holding company based in Cleveland, Ohio. He previously served as co-president of Wyse Advertising in Cleveland and was co-founder and co-owner of North Coast Behavioral Research Group. Mr. Camden also served as associate professor in the Communications Department at Cleveland State University.
Mr. Camden holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and speech from Southwest Baptist College in Bolivar, Missouri, a graduate degree in clinical psychology and speech communication from Central Missouri State University, and a doctorate in communications from Ohio State University.
In 2007, Mr. Camden joined prominent business, labor and public policy leaders as a founding member of Better Health Care Together, a coalition urging fundamental reform of the American health care system. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Detroit Regional Chamber, the Board of Directors of the Detroit Medical Center, the Board of Trustees of the Committee for Economic Development, and the Board of Trustees of the University of Detroit Mercy. In addition, Mr. Camden serves on the Detroit Board of Directors for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and served on the Labor Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank from 1997 through 2007. In 2011, Mr. Camden was elected to the Business Roundtable (BRT), an association of chief executive officers of leading U.S. companies with nearly $6 trillion in annual revenues and more than 13 million employees.
Mr. Camden is a member of the University of Michigan Visiting Committee for the Michigan Center for Theoretical Physics. Mr. Camden served on the Advisory Committee on Employee Welfare and Pension Benefits (ERISA Advisory Council) from 2000 through 2002 and the American Staffing Association's board of directors from 2006 through 2007. He served on the Board of Visitors of Duke University Fuqua School of Business from 2003 to 2009.
In June 2005, Mr. Camden received the Individual Citation Award from the International Association of Workforce Professionals (IAWP) for 2004 and 2005, the highest honor IAWP presents to an individual. In September 2004, the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) presented Mr. Camden with the 2004 William L. Heartwell, Jr. Award. This award recognizes individuals who have made a significant and substantial contribution to the workforce development system.

George Corona is executive vice president and chief operating officer for Kelly Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB). Kelly is a world leader in human resources solutions headquartered in Troy, Michigan.
Promoted to his current position in 2009, Mr. Corona is responsible for all of Kelly's regions and operating units, including the Americas, APAC, EMEA, and the Outsourcing and Consulting Group. He also has responsibility for the following global organizations: Solutions and Services, Client Relationships, Service and Marketing.
In 2007, Mr. Corona served as executive vice president responsible for the operations, administration, and finance of Commercial, Professional and Technical staffing in the Americas region. In 2005, Mr. Corona became senior vice president and general manager for the U.S. Commercial segment, where he was responsible for the business operations of more than 1,100 offices across the United States.
Mr. Corona joined Kelly in 1994 as an area manager in Kelly's Midwest region. He was promoted to vice president and regional manager in the Middle Markets Division, and later became senior vice president and general manager of Middle Markets in 2000.
Prior to joining Kelly, Mr. Corona held management roles at Digital Equipment Professional Services Group and Burroughs Corporation.
Mr. Corona holds a master's degree in business administration from Oakland University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Wayne State University.
Patricia Little

Patricia Little is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Kelly Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB), a world leader in human resources solutions. Kelly is a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Troy, Mich.
Ms. Little is responsible for the financial operations of all segments of Kelly's business. Prior to joining Kelly in 2008, Ms. Little was employed at Ford Motor Company as a general auditor directing Ford's global internal audit function, reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and the General Counsel.
Ms. Little has over twenty years of progressively responsible global experience across a broad range of roles in accounting, treasury and finance functions at both the corporate and operating levels. In addition, she played a leadership role in several major acquisitions.
In 2010, Ms. Little was elected to the Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Inc., a global leader in flavor with the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of spices, seasonings, specialty foods and flavorings to the entire food industry, retail outlets, food manufacturers and food service businesses. She serves on McCormick's Audit Committee. In 2011, Ms. Little was elected to the Board of Trustees of The Nature Conservancy, Michigan Chapter, headquartered in Lansing.
Ms. Little holds a bachelor degree in accounting from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa and a master's degree in business administration from Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
