"We expect to see modest acceleration in job creation for July. The need for staffing services continues to span the employment spectrum with steady growth in temporary to permanent placement. People seeking permanent jobs are increasingly able to transition from temporary work as more opportunities arise.

"The demand for credentialed professionals has not wavered. Engineering, scientific, healthcare, and technology professionals all remain highly sought after, contributing to strong growth in these industries. The automotive and manufacturing employment sectors continue to show signs of weakness.

"Overall, the employment picture shows ongoing stability heading into the third quarter."
