Company Expands Service Offerings With Graphic Designers, Editors and Animators

TROY, MI, Mar 30, 2007 -- Kelly Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: KELYA) (NASDAQ: KELYB), a global staffing solutions provider, today announced it has acquired CGR/seven LLC, a creative services staffing firm located in New York. Estimated full year 2007 revenue is approximately $8 million.

Founded in 1984, CGR/seven specializes in providing a wide range of creative talent, including graphic designers, art directors, copywriters, Web developers, Flash and motion graphics artists. With particular emphasis in servicing interactive, pharmaceutical and general advertising agencies, CGR/seven also places professionals with design, publishing, marketing, fashion and media companies in the New York tri-state area. CGR/seven is located in the Union Square area of Manhattan.

CGR/seven will join Kelly's existing Professional, Technical and Staffing Alternatives business segment, and will expand the company's ability to provide complete talent management solutions to its global customers. As part of the transaction, Adrienne Plotch, chief executive officer of CGR/seven, will become vice president, business unit leader Creative Staffing and will continue to lead CGR/seven as a division of Kelly Services.
