TROY, Michigan, April 4, 2007 -- Kelly Services, Inc. was named a recipient of Intel Corporation's Preferred Quality Supplier (PQS) award for outstanding performance in providing products and services deemed essential to Intel's success. The company was awarded for its efforts in supplying Intel with staffing solutions. Kelly Services and 43 additional PQS award winners were honored at a celebration in Burlingame, California on March 27.

"Kelly Services is honored to receive Intel's 2006 Preferred Quality Supplier award," said Carl Camden, President and Chief Executive Officer, Kelly Services, Inc. "Quality is a fundamental business principle for Kelly. Achieving this award is a validation of our commitment to a process that ensures our customers receive innovative staffing solutions to help sustain their global competitiveness."

"We congratulate Kelly on winning the Intel Preferred Quality Supplier (PQS) award. Their ongoing performance (two SCQI awards; four PQS awards) and dedication to continuous improvement is appreciated, and it is our pleasure to once again recognize Kelly Services as one of the ‘best of the best'," said Craig Brown, Vice President, TMG; Director, Materials, Intel Corporation.

The PQS award is part of Intel's Supplier Continuous Improvement (SCQI) process that encourages suppliers to strive for excellence and continuous improvement. To qualify for PQS status, suppliers must score 80 percent on a report card that assesses performance and ability to meet cost, quality, availability, delivery, technology and responsiveness goals. Suppliers must also manage and deliver on a challenging improvement plan and a quality systems assessment.
