Kelly Services Recognized by GlaxoSmithKline for Innovative Supplier Diversity Efforts
TROY, Mich. (Jan. 11, 2007) - Kelly Services, Inc., a global staffing solutions provider, was recently honored for its commitment to supplier diversity by GlaxoSmithKline, Inc., a leading research-based pharmaceutical firm.
During its annual Supplier Diversity Awards Luncheon, GlaxoSmithKline presented Kelly with their Innovation Award, which honors a supplier who has resourcefully demonstrated originality, creativity and innovation to support the company's overall goals and objectives to further diverse supplier development.
Kelly's Supplier Diversity Development team was recognized for hosting a Diversity Summit with GlaxoSmithKline to promote MWDBE business development, provide a networking forum for staffing companies and to share best practices within the supply chain.
