Kelly Services(R) Named Workforce Solutions Partner for Nissan North America
TROY, MI, Sep 20, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX News Network) -- Kelly Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: KELYA) (NASDAQ: KELYB), a leader in providing workforce solutions, signed a three-year contract extension with Nissan North America (NNA) which expands the relationship to include Recruitment Process Outsourcing in addition to the current managed service provider role. Financial terms of the partnership are not available.
Under terms of the new contract, Kelly Services will oversee all staffing suppliers and manage NNA's contingent labor force in all areas, with a focus on office, light industrial, engineering, IT and finance. In addition, Kelly's Outsourcing and Consulting Group (KellyOCG) will implement a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution for the company.
RPO solutions allow companies to transfer all or part of its recruitment processes, including sourcing, CV/resume management, phone screening, interviewing, and on-boarding to an outside company. The RPO practice of KellyOCG provides innovative outsourced recruitment solutions that deliver customers a competitive advantage in the market for high quality talent.
