Kelly Services' Engineering and Finance Staffing Divisions Receive ISO 9001:2000 Certification for Quality Management System
TROY, Mich. (Jan. 11, 2007) - Kelly Services, Inc., a global staffing solutions provider, today announced that two of its service lines, Kelly Engineering Resources and Kelly Financial Resources, have received ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management certification from DNV Certification (Det Norske Veritas), one of the world's leading international registration bodies.

In 2005, Kelly Services received the largest ISO 9001:2000 certification ever awarded by DNV, with more than 1,200 U.S. branch locations achieving registration.
The Kelly Quality Management System (KQMS), which has been in place for 10 years, incorporates ISO 9001:2000 standard requirements and the U.S. Department of Commerce Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria.
The ISO 9001:2000 standard is designed to look at all of the important processes affecting quality, and to provide a universal baseline for quality management, which can be used by companies around the world.
