Kelly Services Expands into Japan
Company continues global expansion strategy with entry into 28th country through a joint venture with Tempstaff and Sony Corporation
TROY, Mich., July 15 -- Kelly Services, Inc., a global staffing provider, today announced its entry into Japan through a joint venture with Tempstaff, a leading Japanese temporary employment company, and the Sony Corporation. The new company, Tempstaff Kelly, Inc., will be headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, and will begin operations on September 1, 2005.

Tempstaff Kelly, Inc. will provide general temporary employment, recruitment, HR consulting and outsourcing primarily for the Sony Group. Additionally, the companies will collaborate to service European and United States companies operating within Japan.
