Florence School District first in state to utilize substitute teacher staffing solution

TROY, Mich. (Jan. 4, 2005) - Kelly Educational Staffing, a service line of global staffing provider Kelly Services, has been selected by the Florence School District in Alabama to provide substitute teachers beginning in early 2005.

The Florence School District is the first school district in Alabama to work with Kelly Educational Staffing, marking the 43rd state in addition to the District of Columbia. Kelly currently provides substitute teachers to more than 2,700 schools in the United States and the United Kingdom.

Established in 1999, Kelly Educational Staffing employs 8,000 substitute teachers who meet all state and local certification requirements.
