Jane E. Dutton Elected to Kelly Services, Inc. Board of Directors
TROY, Mich., Feb. 9 -- The board of directors of Kelly Services, Inc. today elected Jane E. Dutton to the company's board. Dutton is the William Russell Kelly professor of business administration at the University of Michigan and professor of psychology.

Dutton's current research at the University of Michigan is focused on how organizational conditions enable human thriving. In particular, she focuses on how the quality of connection between people at work affects individual and organizational flourishing. Her previous work was on the management of strategic change.
A native of Hartford, Conn., Dutton holds a Ph.D. and Master of Arts from Northwestern University in Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College.
The Kelly Services board of directors now has seven members. "We are delighted that Jane Dutton has joined our board," said Terence E. Adderley, Kelly Services chairman and chief executive officer. "Her insights into organizational and workplace behavior will be valued assets to our company."
