Kelly Services Named Corporation of the Year by Michigan Minority Business Development Council

TROY, Mich. (October 9, 2009) - The Michigan Minority Business Development Council (MMBDC) recently named Kelly Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB) as the 2008 Corporation of the Year in the Professional Services category. This is the seventh time that the MMBDC has recognized Kelly's minority supplier development programs.

Founded in 1977, the Michigan Minority Business Development Council (MMBDC) has more than 1,300 certified minority businesses and over 400 corporate members working to further its mission to certify minority businesses; provide access to procurement opportunities; and develop capacity for minority business development.

The Corporation of the Year award is presented to corporations that actively include certified minority suppliers in their procurement opportunities, assist in the development of minority suppliers, and promote supplier diversity and business development within their corporation.
