Employment Search Is Easier With Streamlined Career Website

Using innovative technology to keep pace with the changing work style preferences of today's job seekers, the new version of KCN incorporates several unique features including a more comprehensive means of searching for employment opportunities and integration with social media.

Through KCN, job seekers can create an inclusive account profile unique to their career, location and work style preferences. Job alerts can also be programmed using advanced search options, allowing applicants to be notified of job opportunities that match their preferences as new jobs are posted. Most importantly, the new version of KCN provides access to thousands of employment opportunities with many of the world's leading employers that partner with Kelly® to meet their rapidly evolving workforce needs.

Other KCN enhancements available to job seekers include social integration features that enable users to simplify their profile creation and share jobs with family, friends and contacts via social media channels. In late January, the updated KCN site was rolled out to Kelly's candidate audience in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, and included a short video tour highlighting many of these enhanced site features.

The new technology behind KCN also benefits employers by attracting and engaging a wide variety of talent in today's workforce. Kelly recruiters can source candidates more efficiently on the new version of the KCN platform while meeting an employer's specific job requirements. To date, over 100,000 job seekers have created an account on the KCN website in just a few short weeks since its launch.
